Visited prior to the start date to scope requirements and offer options and explanations. Each aspect of the work was monitored by a project manager (Daren) who kept us up-to-date with everything.

Has to be another five star review. Bruno communicated easily and often until our unusual requirements (we were abandoned by a previous supplier) were well understood, completely covered and when we had the confidence to commit and continue. The teams that visited were friendly, cheerful and professional - not in a hurry to leave until the work was complete and carefully handed over. While not everything went entirely to plan, the test of a good supplier is what happens then - and Bruno passed!

What can I say.. this company has come through at the top, everything I have asked has been answered.
